Subscriptions
- Refunds are available for unused portions of premium or ultimate subscription plans purchased directly through ListIt.cy.
- To request a refund on a subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order confirmation and proof of payment. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- We offer prorated refunds for any unused time remaining on premium or ultimate subscription plans.
Listed Products and Services
- ListIt.cy provides a platform for sellers to advertise their products and services. We do not receive payment for or handle the sale of listed items directly.
- All transactions for listed items take place directly between buyers and sellers. ListIt.cy does not process payments or handle refunds for these transactions.
- For any issues with purchases made from a seller, please contact the seller directly to discuss returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller, please notify ListIt.cy within 30 days so we can investigate and determine if the seller should be allowed to continue advertising on our site.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Set up fees for premium and ultimate seller subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Referral/affiliate commissions are non-refundable if the referred sale is reversed or refunded.
- Special clearance or flash sale listings are final sale and non-refundable.
Account Terminations
- If we terminate a seller’s account due to policy violations, any unused subscription fees are non-refundable.
